Product return repair:
1. 3. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs for product repairs; the customer is responsible for these costs.
Exchange issue:
1. Different products have their own warranty periods, which are generally 3 months.If quality issues arise during the warranty period and the damage is not caused by human error, a new product can be provided depending on the degree of damage to the exterior.The warranty period is indicated on the label
