3. Toys do not come with a warranty service. In case of damage caused by human error, we only provide free repair services, charging only a reasonable fee for parts, and the round-trip shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
4. Within 24 hours of receiving the goods, if there are quality issues not caused by human damage or damage during logistics transportation, you can first contact customer service to apply for a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges that are requested without prior contact. After 24 hours, if there are quality issues or damage, you can apply for repair, but returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
