1. Seven-day no-reason return and 15-day exchange guarantee issues:

6. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues:

2. Each customer needs to submit a request to customer service within 7 days of signing for the goods; if it exceeds seven days but within 15 days, you can freely exchange the product; (you will be responsible for the postage)
3. Communicate with customer service to reach an agreement, apply for a refund (minus shipping costs), and notify the buyer to return the item
4. After applying for a refund, please make sure to remind customer service in a timely manner during communication to improve efficiency
5. After returning the item, please promptly provide the return tracking number. Any failure to do so and resulting in lost items will be the responsibility of the buyer
