Clean the eyelashes, eyebrows, and surrounding skin, then put on disposable gloves. 2. Mix the eyebrow and eyelash coloring agent and color enhancer in a 1:1 ratio in the mixing palette and stir thoroughly with a stirring rod. 3. Use an eyebrow brush to apply it onto the eyebrows in the direction of their growth, or use a mascara brush to apply from the base of the eyelashes to the tip. 4. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow the eyelashes and eyebrows to come into contact with water, steam, or oily products within 24 hours to avoid affecting the coloring effect.
